At Safe Med Spa, our team of Licensed Aestheticians and Registered Nurses, offer a highly customized approach to satisfy our patients skin care needs. Our team of experts offer exceptional aesthetic care and strive to be the best in the area.
Saif Fatteh, MD, specializes in aesthetics with a passion for enhancing the lives of the men, women, and children who entrust him with their care. Through his practice at Lansing Podiatry & Aesthetics in Mt. Pleasant and Lansing, Michigan, Dr. Fatteh is honored to play a role in helping his patients feel great about their skin. He earned his undergraduate degree at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. From there he went on to earn a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin. Dr. Fatteh completed his medical degree at Xavier University School of Medicine. He returned home to Michigan to complete a residency through a partnership between Michigan State University and Sparrow Hospital in Lansing, Michigan. His commitment to lifelong learning is exemplified in his additional 2-year fellowship in aesthetics at Messenger Dermatology.
